Orbelune is a fictional workshop of four watchmakers at Le Pont, in the Vallée de Joux, selling online. The first screen says the business in two lines (“Moonphase watches, handmade in the Swiss Jura”), names the brand with a plain descriptor (“Watchmakers, Le Pont”), and has one primary action: Shop watches. A thin bar promises free insured delivery, 30-day returns and a 5-year warranty; the header carries five plain links and a Bag button with a live count. Palette Jura Frost (ground #e9eef3, surface #ffffff, ink #141a2a, muted #566074, gold #b8892a, night #2d3e73, field #f5e7b8), set in Cormorant over Golos Text.
The shop. Hero photo of the Lune Nuit 40 with a featured card (price + Add to bag). Four collection tiles (Moonphase, Time and date, Straps, Service) filter the grid with GSAP Flip. Six products with real photos, prices in CHF and Add to bag: Lune Nuit 40 (CHF 8,400), Heure 39 Frost (6,200), Heure 39 Travel set (6,900), the 1058 Precision Moon by reservation (46,000, deposit 9,200, drawn dial), a grained calf strap with options (240) and a full service (690). Every card opens a quick-view dialog with specs, options and shipping. The bag is a real drawer: quantities, remove, options and the night the moon is set to, subtotal and “due today” when a deposit is in it, focus trap, Escape to close. Then a price list with a cursor-following photo preview, a spec table for the three watches, sample reviews (marked), delivery/returns/warranty, bench visits, FAQ and a Moon Letter newsletter with validation. A mobile sticky bar keeps Shop and Bag under the thumb.
The signature (kept from the original): two screens of scroll are one mean lunation of the 1058’s moon. The name is split around a window frame holding a procedural Three.js watch head; the disc turns half a revolution, the counter runs to 29 d 12 h 44 m, the moon-wheel tooth count climbs to 67½ of 135 and the moonlight crosses the dial. Set a night compares the calibre’s moon with the real moon (Meeus) for any date, and its two buttons add a Lune Nuit 40 or a 1058 to the bag with the moon set to that night.
Photos: eight Unsplash photos for the live preview only (not included in the template; replace with your own), retouched to remove dial and movement brand names and graded cool and soft as one shoot; plus two public-domain pictures (Le Pont, the Moon) and procedural frost and gold leaf. Credits in public/assets/orbelune-watches/LICENSE.txt. People appear only as hands and a watchmaker at the bench, never on a review.
Gotchas: product images are static <img> in the HTML (they work without JS); PRODUCTS in demo.js holds the quick-view text and prices, so change both together. The 1058 card, the price-list preview and the bag thumbnail clone the SVG fallback dial at runtime and rename its clipPath ids so they stay unique. The bag stops Lenis while it is open. The moon window is a full moon wide only if the moon orbit radius is at least √2 × the moon radius (0.17 vs 0.12 dial units); one lunation is half a turn because the disc carries two moons; the SVG disc is rotated with GSAP svgOrigin: "0 112"; under software GL metals become matcaps and nothing renders while the frame is off-screen. Under reduced motion there is no Lenis, no pin, no Flip; counters show final values and the bag opens without a slide.
